INTEGRATED Women's DBT Group

Enhanced Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Services- 4 Key Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness
In order to move beyond trauma and depression, a survivor must remember that her life has a purpose apart from suffering. The Enhanced DBT program at Integrated AfterCare is designed to honor the totality of the survivor – not just her pain, but also her joy, wisdom, and strength. The program is founded on compassionate, evidence-based care, combining traditional DBT techniques with clinical yoga and meditation practices.

Expert monitoring & regulation of co-occurring conditions, including substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harm & other
emotionally dysregulated behaviors/traumas.
Premium DBT treatment protocols: skills group, mind/body program, individual therapy, phone coaching, take-home assignments.

Coordination with ICC&C’s complete continuum of care, from psychiatric evaluation to medication management.

Insurance Accepted for DBT Skills Groups

Adults over age 18.

Monday evenings from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Young Women's DBT Group

20 Week Skills Training open to young women ages 13-18.
Core Skill Building Including: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness.
Insurance Accepted.

Tuesday evenings from 4:00 – 5:00

Men's Enhanced Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

We encourage our clients to accept themselves as they are even as we help them develop the capacity for post-traumatic growth. The program is founded on compassionate, evidence-based care, with traditional DBT techniques.

Expert monitoring & regulation of co-occurring conditions, including substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harm & other
emotionally dysregulated behaviors/traumas.

Premium DBT treatment protocols: skills group, mind/body program, individual therapy, phone coaching, take-home assignments.

Thursday evenings at 7:00 pm

Young Men's DBT Group

Skills Training open to young men ages 13-18.
Core Skill Building Including: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness.

Tuesday at 4:00 pm

Self-Esteem Group

10-week program, Topics include:

  • Self-Worth
  • Confidence
  • Body Image
  • Self-Compassion

Tuesday evenings 6:30 pm

Group available to adults in the state of NJ both in person or virtually

Fit for Wellness

Fit for Wellness Classes

Participants will be empowered to call mindful awareness to their body and mind.

Classes will include:

  • Yogic Stretching Cool
