DBT for Parents:
- Learn and discuss skills to help connect with your child (children)
- Build coping skills for distress
- Practice mindfulness
- Learn about emotional regulation
- Effective communication skill building
This is a closed group, meaning we will be accepting a certain number of parents and asking them to commit to the full 12 weeks.
Most insurance accepted.
