For Adults

12 Sessions, Starting November 15

DBT for Parents:

  • Learn and discuss skills to help connect with your child (children)
  • Build coping skills for distress
  • Practice mindfulness
  • Learn about emotional regulation
  • Effective communication skill building
This is a closed group, meaning we will be accepting a certain number of parents and asking them to commit to the full 12 weeks.
Most insurance accepted.
