Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
For Adults and Teens
This therapy is often best for those with borderline personality disorder, depression, bulimia, binge-eating, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, and substance abuse.
DBT therapy focuses on transforming one’s responses from those that are compulsive, impulsive, or self-destructive to those that are mindful, aware, and empowering. DBT helps clients awaken awareness and self-compassion as they work through key core skills that will help them maintain that awareness.
