We Are Mind-Body Experts
Our Mind-Body practices support and enhance every practice in every application in every setting
iRest® Yoga Nidra
Based on the ancient teachings of meditation, iRest® is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical, and spiritual healing and well-being. Its practice is integrative as it heals the various unresolved issues and traumas that are present in your body and mind, and restorative as it enables you to recognize your innate peace of mind that is always present amidst all changing circumstances of life.
LifeForce Yoga®
LifeForce Yoga® is intentionally designed to work with and manage the mood. The practices support students in self-regulation and many of the yoga techniques can be done in a chair or in bed, and do not require a yoga mat. LifeForce Yoga interweaves the power of an ancient discipline with current scientific findings to help you release what’s no longer serving you—without a story attached!

Learn MoreWhat Our Clients Are Saying About Us
Working with Larry is like having a seasoned Sherpa along as I wander through wild meadows of memories, switchback foothills steep with feelings and explore my deepest valleys. What I'm discovering with his gentle guidance is my clear path up, ascending ever closer to my authentic self, where the view is unclouded and restorative.
~ 40-year-old mother of 2
I was lost before I came here and now I am starting to find myself
~ Nick (Teacher)
I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to this place.
~ Hiram (Teacher)
Just coming here I feel more peaceful.
~ Mark, 22 years old
I’d never done yoga before visiting ICCC. I’m not especially flexible or “New Age,” but I’ve found the movements and the breathing techniques to be very calming. You go at your own pace, even if that pace is desperately slow! Just practicing the basics has helped me relieve stress, anger, and a tendency to get “lost in thought.” My mind is quieter now. I’m also a lot less distracted.
~ Alex, 40-year-old male
