Victor Montanaro LSW
Victor is a licensed social worker and completed a master’s degree in social work from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey in 2023 with a clinical concentration. As part of his graduate studies, he also completed the Addictions Counselor Training (ACT) Certificate Program at Rutgers. In his graduate internships, Victor worked first with adolescent youth in a behavioral health partial care setting and later with adults in a substance use and co-occurring mental health intensive outpatient setting. After graduating from Rutgers in 2023, Victor obtained his social work license and began working as a clinician at Integrated Care Concepts & Consultation.
Get to Know Victor
Victor spends his time outside of work writing, recording, and performing music as a drummer in multiple bands, spending quality time with his family and close friends, finding interesting places for sightseeing, and going on hikes in nature. He has a fondness for winter weather and enjoys the cold season, both by going on snowy hikes and by winding down inside with a good book, movie, show, or video game. Victor believes in the power of all forms of art and story to inspire one’s own intuition, creativity, self-reflection, and healing.
Victor is a firm believer that everyone is capable of finding the tools for meaningful change within themselves. He aims to provide an empathetic space in which people can feel heard and understood as they create their own paths towards wellness and wholeness.
