Tristin Fleck
Tristin completed her undergraduate degrees in Secondary Education and History as well as a Master’s Degree in Education at Monmouth University. She decided to further her education at the University of Scranton earning a master’s degree in Educational Administration. Tristin is licensed as a teacher grades P-8 as well as high school content specific to History. Tristin is also licensed by the State of New Jersey as a School Principal.
At Integrated Adolescence, Tristin serves as our Educational Coordinator and liaison between school districts and the clients enrolled in the teen PHP program. Tristin brings with her 13 years of experience in public education and extensive knowledge in working with at-risk teens and their families.
Tristin also works closely with community partners to provide access to and information on all that ICCC has to offer.
Tristin believes that building a rapport with teens is the key to understanding what the root behind school refusal is. Tristin enjoys building connections within local communities as a source of support.
