Rebecca has clinical experience working with individuals facing a wide array of challenges. Some examples include anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, PTSD, infertility, and trauma. Rebecca’s goal in therapy is to create a warm and non-judgmental environment where her clients feel supported while they confront their challenges. She works with her clients to develop coping skills and strategies to manage difficult emotions, improve relationships, and enhance overall well-being. To help her clients achieve their goals, Rebecca uses a variety of techniques that are individualized for each client’s unique experience, including CBT, DBT, and mindfulness techniques.
