Jenell graduated from Kean University with a Bachelor’s in psychology. She continued to pursue her education at Kean University by earning a Master’s in Counseling with LPC qualifications. During her studies, she completed two internships at two elementary schools and one mental health outpatient facility. She has experience working in the mental health field since 2017. When Jenell is not working with ICCC, she works at a community outpatient practice that offers TMS therapy. She is a certified member of the Clinical TMS society and proficient in administering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation. This type of non-invasive therapy has motivated Jenell to look further into other holistic alternatives for treating mental health.

Jenell’s objective is to establish a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere where clients can feel secure while navigating life’s challenges. Her passion for assisting others has been a driving force throughout her career. Jenell likes to create a peaceful and understanding space for her clients to examine how their past and present experiences impact their emotions, thoughts, actions, and outlooks on life.

In her free time, she enjoys spending time at the beach, reading, baking, traveling and attending work out classes. She also enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends & dog, Kona.
