Get to Know Gabriella

When meeting with clients, Gabriella uses an eclectic style of psychotherapy to foster genuine connections with her clients. She does not believe in a “one-size fits all approach” and works collaboratively with clients, using their own interests, strengths, and needs to guide practice. Her goal is to see each client individually and be able to empathize with their journey, while offering different perspectives and tools to help them create their desired outcomes.

“Compassion is not a virtue- it is a commitment. It’s not something we have or don’t have- it’s something we choose to practice” – Brene Brown.
