Bobby Riordan LAC, NCC
Bobby holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kean University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health and a minor in Business Studies from Stockton University. He is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), currently working towards his Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
Bobby has worked with adults experiencing mental health and substance abuse challenges in a partial care setting. He also has significant experience working with adolescents in PHP/IOP settings at Integrated Adolescence, where he facilitated DBT skills groups and assisted the clinical team with providing care to the teens. Bobby currently works in the community providing therapy to kids and teens through Intensive In-Community services (IIC).
In addition, Bobby has served as an Employment Counselor, helping individuals with disabilities and mental health challenges find and maintain employment. His therapeutic approach emphasizes positive, solution-focused interventions in a nonjudgmental, client-centered environment. He integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing into his practice, alongside person-centered approaches, to empower clients in their healing journey.

Bobby played on the Stockton University Men’s Soccer Team for 4 years during his undergraduate experience. In his free time, Bobby likes to do martial arts and is a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
