Alexis Sideris M.A., LAC, NCC
Alexis graduated with an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University, becoming a Licensed Associate Counselor in January 2025 and is an active member of the Phi Delta chapter of Chi Sigma Iota, the National Professional Honors Society for Mental Health Counselors. Her experience includes working in a psychiatric inpatient setting before and during graduate school providing key insight to the mental health field and levels of care, as well as interning in both outpatient and PHP/IOP levels of care.
Get to Know Alexis
Alexis has been working in the mental health field since 2021 after graduating from Delaware Valley University with a degree in counseling psychology. Outside the therapy office, she loves playing volleyball, spending time with her cats, and hiking. Alexis loves spending time in nature, especially in the snow! She enjoys reading fantasy novels, exploring new shows, and rooting on her favorite basketball team, the Miami Heat! One of her favorite quotes is “you must love yourself internally to glow externally.”
