Integrated Care Concepts, LLC’s program Integrated Adolescence (IOP/ PHP)- provides an integrated
mental health approach to working with teens and their families who are reaching toward balance and
post traumatic growth; as invited by trauma, depression, and anxiety at the IOP and PHP level of care.
We are seeking a full-time Clinician position who will support the team in supporting families and teens
in doing the hardest thing; dropping into the moment to encounter the unwanted and to ask for help in
their vulnerability.

This position would have all the supports of paid time off, health insurance, billing, EMR services,
marketing, networking, individual and group supervision, and case integration with multiple disciplines.
Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Determine the client’s situation by interviewing the client; assess medical, psychological, and
    social information.
  • Establish an initial treatment plan, course of actions, and set goals with the client.
  • Provide new client’s completed intake, psychosocial, Release of Information, insurance forms to
    Eatontown Main Office Administrative Assistants for filing
  • Contact newly assigned clients by phone/text prior to appointment
  • Maintain accurate client session attendance on EHR system on the date/time of service
  • Collect client co-pays and fees as determined by insurance
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes for each client interaction
  • Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress and modify treatment plans accordingly
  • Be knowledgeable of and maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Work collaboratively with fellow clinicians, prescribers for optimal client treatment outcomes
  • Actively participate in supervision sessions with assigned ICCC clinical supervisor
  • Maintain up to date appointment availability schedule for ICCC Access Department
  • Knowledgeable and responsive to the team culture of ICCC services. Educate clients as to the
    availability of our Integrated Services and refer clients as needed to therapeutic yoga, holistic
    healing, psychiatry, DBT etc.
  • Advocate and refer clients to other resources/services when appropriate and indicated.
  • Collaborate effectively with ICCC team of counseling and administrative staff to contribute to
    creating programs that optimally improve client treatment services
  • Attend ICCC monthly staff meetings and professional development workshops
  • Participate in ICCC’s clinical workshops as scheduled
  • Maintain licensure through professional development offered by ICCC and other sources
  • Secure professional liability insurance
  • Report directly to Management Team
  • Fulfills assignments as requested by ICCC Management Team

Requirements:
Masters in Social Work MSW, LSW/Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling LAC License: Licensed
Clinical Social Worker, LCSW / Licensed Professional Counselor, LPC
