John Thompson

John began his career in community engagement and enrichment through theme park entertainment, first at Sesame Place in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, and later as a Disney Cast Member at Walt Disney World. During his five years with Disney, including four years in entertainment, he experienced firsthand the power of creating meaningful connections, bringing joy to others, and building a sense of community.

John holds an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and brings his background in hospitality, entertainment, and community engagement to his role as Community Experience Associate at Integrated Care Concepts and Consultation. In this role, he serves as a liaison between ICCC and the broader community, representing the organization at community events, health fairs, and other outreach initiatives. He also works to strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, organizations, and community partners, helping connect individuals and families with mental health resources and services.

John is excited to bring the same spirit of connection and positive experience that shaped his earlier career into the mental health field, helping expand ICCC’s presence and impact throughout the communities we serve.
