Jessica holds a Bachelors in Marketing and a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, both from Kean University. Jessica takes pride in the work she has done with the Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder community through her years of advocacy and speaking engagements to include clinicians, patients and families of women suffering from Postpartum depression, and illnesses of the like. Jessica also volunteered her time and experience with PMADs as a mentor mom, and “Warrior Mom Ambassador” through Postpartum Progress and facilitated a support group to help Mothers struggling with Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.

Jessica is married with two small children, and feels like her experience in marriage and family adds value to her clinical knowledge. In her spare time, she loves reading, cooking, experiencing new types of food and wine and spending quality time with her family.
