Jasmine Daye LSW
Jasmine earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University and holds a certification in Interpersonal Violence and Trauma. She is currently a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and is working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credentials.
Jasmine’s decision to pursue social work and therapy grew from her desire to support individuals and families on a deeper, more personal level. Jasmine’s experience working within school systems allowed her to build meaningful connections with children and families, but she found herself wanting more opportunities to provide support beyond the classroom and address the emotional and personal challenges they were experiencing. That desire ultimately led Jasmine to pursue clinical social work, where she could work more directly with individuals and families and support them through their unique journeys.
Jasmine believes everyone deserves a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, respected, and understood. Her approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and meeting each client where they are. She strives to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where individuals and families feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges, building resilience, gaining insight, and working toward meaningful and lasting change.
Before joining ICCC, Jasmine worked with a nonprofit organization providing individual and family therapy to children and families. This experience deepened her passion for supporting clients as they navigate trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Jasmine believes therapy is a collaborative process, and she values the opportunity to walk alongside each client as they develop the tools, confidence, and understanding needed to move forward in a way that feels meaningful to them.

Life is a journey filled with both challenges and meaningful moments. While it is natural to want to get everything “right,” the reality is that life rarely goes exactly as planned.
