After receiving her BA from High Point University, Gabrielle earned her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with an Art Therapy Specialization from Caldwell University. During her clinical internship at an adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Care Program (PCP), Gabrielle used both counseling and art therapy with clients. She is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). Gabrielle is currently working towards obtaining her Art Therapy credentials.

Gabrielle is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their strengths and create lives that feel aligned and fulfilling. She views therapy as a partnership and honors each person’s lived experience. Using a blend of evidence-based techniques and mindful exploration, she supports clients in building emotional balance, self-compassion, and sustainable growth.

Gabrielle loves being near the beach and will take ocean time whenever she can. Traveling is something she really enjoys, especially getting to experience new places at a slower pace. Gabrielle spends a lot of her free time making art, and animals are a big part of her life.
