Dianna Rampino MSW, LSW
Dianna earned her Bachelor of Sociology Degree from Clemson University with minors in Psychology and Special Education. She went on to earn her Master of Social Work (MSW) Degree from Rutgers University School of Social Work, where she specialized in clinical practice with individuals and families. During her undergraduate practicum, Dianna completed a two-year practicum with Clemson University’s Spectrum Program as a Peer Mentor for neurodivergent students. In this role, she supported students’ academic, social, and personal success through individualized goal setting, skill development, and peer mentorship. Dianna completed her generalist field placement at Rutgers College Support Program within Rutgers Center for Adult Autism Services, where she was hired as a Graduate Student and Intern Coordinator. She continues to work with Rutgers, providing case management, executive functioning support, and consultation with on- and off-campus partners to promote student success, independence, and overall wellbeing. During her clinical graduate practicum at Integrated Care Concepts and Consultations (ICCC), Dianna provided biopsychosocial assessments, individual outpatient therapy for adults, and facilitated Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) groups within the Integrated Adolescence program. She now continues her work as an outpatient clinician while maintaining her role at Rutgers.
Dianna’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She is passionate about helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. She integrates evidence-based approaches to support emotional regulation, resilience, and lasting personal growth. She believes that healing occurs within a safe, supportive therapeutic relationship where clients feel empowered, understood, and respected. Dianna is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in New Jersey and is actively working toward independent clinical licensure. She is a proud member of National Association of Social Workers (NASW) and is committed to lifelong learning through ongoing professional development and specialized clinical training.
Get to Know Dianna
Outside of the therapy office, Dianna enjoys slowing down and finding joy in the simple moments of everyday life. She loves spending time outdoors with her rescue dog, whether exploring local parks, hiking new trails, or simply enjoying nature. Dianna also values mindfulness as an important part of her own self-care and enjoys practicing yoga and meditation to stay grounded and present. She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and accepted, and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, resilience, and living a life that aligns with their values.
