Ashley Plummer MA, LAC, NCC, DRCC
Ashley earned her BA in Sociology with a minor in Psychology from William Paterson University and her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Georgian Court University. She has professional experience as a substitute teacher, a member of a Child Study Team, an adolescent therapist, in private practice, in transitional housing for homeless families, and in short-term inpatient rehabilitation for substance abuse.
Ashley uses an integrative therapeutic approach that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive, and client-centered environment that helps individuals explore their concerns and work toward meaningful change.

Ashley loves music, traveling, getting lost in a good book, poetry, and staying active through exercise. She really enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as they bring joy and balance to her life. She tries to live by Gandhi’s words: “The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others.” Ashley enjoys connecting with people, learning new things, and making a positive impact wherever she can.
