8-Week Series
This teen group is designed to reduce isolation by creating a safe, supportive space where participants can build meaningful peer connections and recognize that they are not alone in their emotional experiences. Through group discussion and shared activities, members will strengthen emotional expression, empathy, communication skills, and self-acceptance.
