In their journey together, Michael and his clients may explore how past experiences and patterns along with future goals and desires affect present-day experiences. He believes that both past and present exploration is the key to present-day changes. Exploration of these experiences includes one’s feelings, thoughts, behaviors, perceptions, and processes which allows a person to gain better insight and make changes. This holistic point of view allows him to better understand a person in their entirety.
