Shea completed her undergraduate degree from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and minor in Sociology. She graduated from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and is a Licensed Associate Counselor. Her goal is to create a safe space and therapeutic relationship with the client so they feel honored, supported, and validated. Working collaboratively with the client to provide tools and skills to help navigate through life’s challenges while building on their strengths. Shea is drawn to the total body healing modalities at Integrated Care Concepts because she truly believes that, in order for one to be their best self they must be in tune with both their mind and body. She provides individual talk therapy with children, adolescents, and young adults using cognitive, humanistic, and behavioral styles. Including play/creative therapeutic interventions, Mindfulness Based CBT, DBT Skills, Strength Based and Solution Focused Techniques.

Her background stems from the martial arts where she has been assisting children, adolescents and families with their physical fitness and confidence levels, but most importantly their character development. Shea is drawn to the total body healing modalities at Integrated Care Concepts because she truly believes that, in order for one to be their best self they must be in tune with both their mind and body.
