Shea completed her undergraduate degree from Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY where she earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and minor in Sociology. She recently graduated from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, NJ with her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Shea’s goal is to become a Licensed Professional Counselor and be an ally for those who may be suffering from trauma and loss.

Her background stems from the martial arts where she has been assisting children, adolescents and families with their physical fitness and confidence levels, but most importantly their character development. Shea is drawn to the total body healing modalities at Integrated Care Concepts because she truly believes that, in order for one to be their best self they must be in tune with both their mind and body.
