Jennifer Noble, MS, LAC
Licensed Associate Counselor
Jen received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology at Rutgers University and Masters of Science in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Addiction Studies at Monmouth University. Jen is honored to have the privilege to assist individuals in discovering their inner strengths and identify personal goals for change and growth. She has experience working with individuals who have struggled with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, addictions, developmental disabilities, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and more. Over the past ten years, she has worked and volunteered in schools, nonprofit residential settings, crisis hotlines, partial care/intensive outpatient programs and outpatient settings.
Jen believes every human being has the power to heal themselves. She aspires to not only act as a guide to help people achieve recovery but also to help facilitate their healing process. Her style of counseling is a collaborative approach with each individual she meets. She combines person-centered counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness/acceptance strategies into her counseling sessions. The foundation of her counseling practice is rooted in compassion and authenticity.
Jen was drawn to the mind-body approaches at Integrated Care Concepts as it was a mind-body approach that brought about her own healing. She believes that sometimes working on the mind is not enough to help someone heal as emotions get stored in the body. Jen became a certified children’s yoga instructor to help provide the next generation with a mind-body toolbox at a young age.
