College students often face overwhelming emotions, difficult adjustments, transitions and social and academic stress.

Join us in a safe, confidential and supportive space to authentically connect with others by sharing personal experiences. This group will focus on identifying and expressing feelings, coping with everyday stress, improving relationships, and addressing challenges such as maintaining healthy habits and increasing self-esteem.

Vitamin N: an Eco-Therapy Group

Are you interested in utilizing a treatment approach outside of the traditional office setting?
We are now accepting inquiries for participants in an ecotherapy group!
Ecotherapy consists of using nature as a metaphor for various aspects of our own lives. Ecotherapy incorporates mindfulness exercises, grounding techniques and practices these coping skills in an outdoor setting. This seven-week group is designed to introduce skills to facilitate this and to work towards an enhanced quality of life and overall well-being.

INTEGRATED Women’s DBT Group

Enhanced Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Services- 4 Key Skills: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, Interpersonal Effectiveness
In order to move beyond trauma and depression, a survivor must remember that her life has a purpose apart from suffering. The Enhanced DBT program at Integrated AfterCare is designed to honor the totality of the survivor – not just her pain, but also her joy, wisdom, and strength. The program is founded on compassionate, evidence-based care, combining traditional DBT techniques with clinical yoga and meditation practices.

Expert monitoring & regulation of co-occurring conditions, including substance abuse, eating disorders, self-harm & other
emotionally dysregulated behaviors/traumas.
Premium DBT treatment protocols: skills group, mind/body program, individual therapy, phone coaching, take-home assignments.

Coordination with ICC&C’s complete continuum of care, from psychiatric evaluation to medication management.

Young Women’s DBT Group

20 Week Skills Training open to young women ages 13-18.

We encourage our clients to accept themselves as they are even as we help them develop the capacity for post-traumatic growth. The program is founded on compassionate, evidence-based care, with traditional DBT techniques.

As You’re Ready- A Trauma Yoga Women’s Group

A women's group for reclaiming our hearts through sensation and movement. Through our life experiences, anxiety, depression, stress and/or trauma can often have the effect of leaving one's heart and not being in the present moment with ourselves. Let us invite and allow sensation and free flowing movements to be our doorways back to our true selves. Our intentions to come back home to the self with compassion and tenderness is our entry point for self-discovery, healing, and connection of the mind, body, and spirit.
Pre-application and registration is required.

Pricing for Group Therapy/Yoga Sessions (those which include a Licensed Therapist) can utilize health insurance, if applicable, but will also carry applicable co-payments/co-insurance/deductibles.
