Elizabeth earned her undergraduate degree at Rider University and received her Masters of Social Work from Monmouth University. Throughout her studies, she spent her time in the field volunteering for a non-profit suicide/crisis counseling hotline in Mercer County, working with juvenile females in a residential community home for behavioral and substance abuse treatment, as well as working with the geriatric population at a skilled nursing faculty in Monmouth County.
Elizabeth’s personal, ongoing journey of self exploration and self love has led her to truly understand the value of exploring ones own thoughts, feelings and behaviors in order for us to become emotionally whole and healthy beings.
Elizabeth’s style of psychotherapy provides a safe, warm and nurturing space for individuals to explore and express themselves openly without judgement. Elizabeth is passionately committed to building a genuine and comfortable relationship with clients while assisting them in the direction of wellness, peace and healing.
